Return-to-work Policy Post-Exposure to COVID-19:
If no symptoms are present, employee may return to work after 10 days post-exposure with a negative test result (must provide proof). The quarantine period will be paid based on normally-scheduled shifts.
If employee shows no symptoms but discovers a member of your household tests positive, employee may return to work after 14 days of the positive test result. Employee must provide proof he/she/they tested negative on the 13th or 14th day before returning to work and continue quarantining. The quarantine period will be paid based on normally-scheduled shifts.
