4hAbout this experience
A half-day creative reset designed to help you slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with yourself through guided creative rituals, sensory exploration, and intentional moments of reflection.
This is a fully facilitated, hands-on experience where you’ll move through multiple creative practices — each designed to help you feel more grounded, open, and connected.
🌿 What You’ll Experience
You’ll be guided through a thoughtfully designed journey that moves you through grounding, release, creative exploration, and integration — all within one immersive afternoon.
Across the experience, you’ll engage in a series of intentional creative rituals that build on each other:
Ground — Root into what is true
Begin by identifying your personal root words — the values and truths that feel most like home — and bring them to life through a hands-on clay ritual.
You’ll create a personal clay piece imprinted with your words, giving you something tangible to anchor back to.
Release — Let go of what you’re carrying
Move through guided release practices designed to help you let go of pressure, expectations, and mental weight.
-
A symbolic release ritual using stones and a shared mandala
-
A movement-based release to shift energy through your body
-
A creative surrender practice through botanical dyeing, where you’ll let go of control and create freely
You’ll create a naturally dyed silk scarf, with each piece developing in its own organic, one-of-a-kind way.
Ignite — Reawaken your creative energy
Reconnect with your natural sense of play and exploration.
Through a light, engaging experience, you’ll discover your creative play archetype — offering insight into how you naturally express, explore, and create.
Embody — Feel and express who you are
Drop into a deeply sensory experience through scent.
You’ll explore essential oils through blind selection and create your own custom essence blend, guided by what feels aligned in the moment.
This is followed by a short sound bath integration, allowing you to fully absorb the experience and connect it to your body and senses.
Integrate & Return — Carry it forward
Bring everything together through a final creative ritual.
You’ll create a personal permission slip card using collage and reflection — something you can return to as a reminder to slow down, create, and reconnect with yourself.
