Safety Measures

The Slow North team follows City of Austin guidelines.

- Surfaces are cleaned and disinfected throughout the day
- Hand sanitizer is available upon entering and exiting the shop
- Masks are now fully optional for employees and guests

Our team is practicing social distancing by staggering shifts at the studio, spacing out work stations at least 6' apart and utilizing video conferencing for team meetings. 

We've provided each team member with reusable face masks to wear during their shifts to protect against the spread of germs.

We will adhere to the state of Texas guidelines for screening employees prior to work. These measures include daily self-screenings before reporting to work. 

At the start of every shift, employees are required to wash their hands and maintain this practice routinely throughout their shift. Guests have access to hand sanitizer in the shop.

Our team is committed to maintaining a clean environment. In addition, we will ensure all high-touch areas are sanitized frequently. 

We have added air purifiers throughout the shop to effectively lower virus, bacteria and particle levels in the air.

A member of our staff will bring your order to your car or you may pick up inside the store.

What are your business hours?
Our hours of operation are Monday - Sunday from 11AM - 6PM 

Can I order products from Slow North online?
Yes! Most of the products we offer in-store are also available in the online shop. We are working to continually add additional inventory to the online store daily! 

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! Please call us during our business hours to let us know what you're looking for, and we can help ring up the purchase for you over the phone with a credit card. We can either ship the order to you or you can swing by the shop for contactless curbside pickup. Our shop line is (512) 766-8611.
