Only 3 pieces in stock!

Join us for an afternoon DIY Ceramic Planters Workshop at Slow North's shop featuring local artist Courtney Joyner of Brush Strokes Pottery. With Courtney's guidance, you will learn basic techniques for working with clay, then build and paint your own set of customized planter pots. In 2 weeks, after being glazed and fired off-site, you'll get to pick up your creations, plus some succulents and a small bag of soil to plant in them if you select that option!

If you would like the succulents + soil included, make sure to select the corresponding option from the drop-down menu. The ticket price changes depending on which option you select!

Due to limited space, there are only 8 seats available. Claim your place today!

By purchasing tickets, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our Workshop Policies and our Release of Liability + Media Form. Please read beforehand!

Bio:

Courtney has always been a curious creative.  Growing up with an incredibly talented artist for a mother, she was surrounded by art and entrepreneurship. After many years in Corporate America, Courtney listened to the tug in her heart and dove right into her true passion. Brush Strokes Pottery was founded as Austin’s original mobile paint-your-own-pottery studio, specializing in onsite art parties for over 10 years. Over time and after COVID, it’s grown into a full-scale production facility, creating and delivering hand-painted ceramics and DIY kits to customers all over the world. When she’s not up to her elbows in clay or paint, you can find Courtney networking with other creatives, at the barre studio for a workout, or relaxing with her husband Josh and Goldendoodle Phoebe. She loves creating and helping people feel inspired to do the same.
