Sunday, October 10th - Meditation & Mindfulness Workshop
Say YES to rest! Join us for an afternoon Meditation & Mindfulness Workshop at Slow North's shop featuring local meditation guide and well-being educator Jennifer Williams. With Jennifer's guidance, you will spend the afternoon learning self-care techniques and practicing mind-body skills that support the body to rest and restore. You'll explore various mindful movements, relaxation meditation, and breathing exercises that nourish and calm the body and mind.

Jennifer Williams is an expert in trauma-informed, mind-body education and loves to support others to learn tools to decrease stress, regulate the nervous system, and nourish creativity, innovation, and connection in life. Workshops are hosted in Slow North's beautiful north-central shop located at 2700 W. Anderson Ln., Suite 410 (between Epoch Coffee and Madam Mam's) in Austin. Free parking is available in the lot out front.
