Saturday, February 26th - Mindfulness + Breathwork Workshop
Join us for an afternoon Mindfulness + Breathwork Workshop at Slow North's shop featuring local practitioner Jennifer Williams. Jennifer will lead you in some major self-care with a guided practice of mind-body skills that support the body to rest and restore. You'll explore various mindful movement and breathing exercises that nourish and calm the body and mind. Return home with your very own handmade Slow North neck wrap (your choice of pattern!), plus the skills to continue your mindfulness practice at home.

Workshops are hosted in Slow North's beautiful north-central shop located at 2700 W. Anderson Ln., Suite 410 (between Epoch Coffee and Madam Mam's) in Austin. Free parking is available in the lot out front.
Due to the close quarters of our workshop space, masks are required for workshop hosts and all attendees. If you are unable to wear a mask, we kindly ask that you wait to register for a Slow North workshop until the mask requirement has been lifted.
