Saturday, February 12th - DIY Lip Balm + Body Butter Workshop
Join us for an afternoon Natural Skincare Workshop at Slow North's shop featuring Marie LeMen of LovelyPoppy Natural Beauty. With Marie's guidance, you will work with all-natural ingredients to create your own lip balm and body butter step-by-step. Marie will teach you about the benefits of each ingredient and how to combine them masterfully. Return home with your own custom skincare creations, plus the skills to repeat the process at home!
Claim your place today! We are limiting class capacity to 8 attendees and masks will be required.
Originally from France, Marie has been in Austin since 2017. After being diagnosed with rosacea a decade ago, she used her background as a laboratory assistant to handcraft her own all-natural skincare. She first followed a training course on creating cosmetic and hygiene products in Paris, then learned how to use essential oils and hydrosols in skincare from a French pharmacist and aromatherapist. Marie turned her hobby into a passion and loves sharing her vision of holistic beauty with others. Follow her on Instagram at @lovelypoppy_nb or learn more at lovelypoppy-nb.com!
