Have you ever wanted to learn how to arm knit?
Take the first steps with us at Slow North, where Austin knitted toy designer, Susan Hay, will teach us how to arm knit; a great fun and fast way to make colorful accents for your wardrobe
Susan from Eight Little Fingers, who designs, knits and sells her adorable toys, will teach us a simple way to knit without needles! We will spend the first part of the workshop practicing the basics and you will leave a finished cowl or scarf.
Susan will lead us through the process of starting, making and finishing a knitted piece. With one ball of yarn and only your own arms you have all you need to make your own scarf or infinity cowl which you will complete before the workshop ends.
You will leave the workshop with all the skills and confidence you need to make your own knitted creations for yourself or as great gifts!
