HOW TO MAKE.

LATTE: Combine 1 tsp Carob Adaptogenic Cycle Support with 1 cup of warm or steamed milk of your choice. Blend on high for maximum incorporation. Sweeten with maple, honey, date syrup, or coconut nectar if desired. Pour into a mug and serve immediately.

SMOOTHIE: Combine 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower, 1 cup milk of your choice, and 1 tsp Carob Adaptogenic Cycle Support in a high speed blender. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

HOW TO EAT.
